CLICKO PHONETICS LAB PRIVATE LIMITED offers various membership plans that are non-refundable once purchased, except under exceptional circumstances. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

1. Non-Refundable Memberships

Once a membership is purchased, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of the digital content and services provided.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Non-Activation of Course: If a user completes a payment but the course is not activated, the user may request a refund. The request must be made by contacting us within [30 days] of the payment date.
• Technical Issues: If the user cannot access the course due to technical issues attributable to Phonetics Lab and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their membership at any time. However, cancellations will not result in a refund unless they fall under the exceptional circumstances listed above. Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the course for the remainder of the billing period.
